Electrostatic Powder Spray Equipment
The SCS make Electrostatic Powder Spray Equipment is most modern equipment with in built HV Charging Systems in barrel.
An all-new Multistatic powder system has advanced features to make the whole powder coating process quick, easy and efficient. Features a 100KV built-in electrostatic high voltage generator for enhanced transfer efficiency and reduced wastage. A powder pathway constructed from wear-resistant material, specially rounded to prevent impact fusion and thus provide a smooth uninterrupted flow. A most easily maneuverable, well balanced and efficient powder coating gun made in
a high impact-unbreakable plastic body. We use most advance technology for high voltage generation so that we get: -
• Maximum Transfer efficiency
• Uniform Coating Electrostatic Powder Spray Equipment
• No Faraday Cage effect.
• Trouble Free Operations.
The Control Panel provided on the machine controls the Charging Voltage/Powder out-put/Air Velocity and Fluidization of Powder. The Powder Container made in Stainless Steels, free from the trouble of rusting. The Total System is mounted on a Movable Trolley, so that it can be easily operated any where in the Shop.

Powder Spray Booths
SCS make Powder Booths are designed in such a way as to have maximum recovery of over sprayed Powder. The Booths are available in following types: -
• Single Cyclone Types
• Multi-cyclone Types
• Cartridge Filter Type
• Single/Multi-Cyclone with Filter Bags Arrangement.
The Booths Chamber is fabricated in MS/GI Sheet Metals in a better structure (shape & size) for easily operable and maximum powder recovery purposes. A manual/automatic operated doors are provided at Operator cut-out/material entry/exit cut-out doors.
A Well Balanced, Noise Free, and High Efficient Exhaust Blowers are used with Cyclone/Cyclones/Filter Bags/Cartridge Filters and connected directly/indirectly with Recovery Chamber to get 99% recovery efficiency. The Size and Capacity of Exhaust Blowers varies with the variation of the size of the Chamber and Powder Spray.
Powder recovery systems are the latest generation state-of-art P T F E coated polyester filter cartridge type powder recovery systems. With an effective cartridge type powder recovery system like the SCS booth, the user is assured of close to 99-100% recovery of powder. Ideal for end-users coating a limited number of colors, SCS booths are available in a wide range of designs - from batch booths with one coater to larger systems - from a single coater to two coaters in a Conveyorised System to 8 to 12 guns at a time in fully automated installations.

Booths are designed, engineered and built to comply with exacting
international standards whether the surface is Wood, Plastic or Metal. We
can create paint booths that exactly
meet your requirements irrespective of
object, size and shape.
Side draught or down draught booths, pressurized and non-pressurized booths,
water wash & non-water wash booths, painting-cum-baking facilities for
refinishing of cars/trucks or bigger machineries can be created.
Most advanced Booths with VOC emissions well within permissible world
standards are offered.
Pressurized safe light chambers, equal earth bonding, explosion relief
doors, special paint filtration systems, conform to the highest
international safety standards.
Air washer units with or without humidity control offer the maximum level of
Dust Control inside the paint booth to ensure World Class Paint Finish.
Dust free pressurized booths can be designed with one set of fans in a
single booth with Natural Exhaust. These are offered in designs that ensure
the lowest power consumption.

Curing/ Drying Ovens
SCS offers drying and Curing/baking ovens (Manual and Automatic i. e.
Conveyorised) with lowest fuel consumption. This is achieved with the use of
optimum airflow design, Gravity Air Seal with elevated Ovens and Vertical
Air Seal with ground mounted ovens, special double tongue and groove panel
design, high-density insulation and more.
Manual Mono-rail Type PC System
The energy source can be electrical, diesel, gas, kerosene and even multi
fuel options. High efficiency burners ensure complete combustion with flue
gas having lowest smoke index and the highest CO2 content.
Indirect heated Diesel Fired/Gas Fired Ovens are more convenient to
operation, cheaper, better efficiency in terms of energy savings and having
a better finishing quality. This type of Ovens heated indirectly by hot air
circulation in oven chamber through more power full Impellers.
Reverse flue, Floating Head type heat exchangers, mounted within a compact
housing with direct mounted Impellers offer extended life and least
maintenance. Explosion proof doors are incorporated to meet safety
standards.
Infrared combination with convection ovens are specially built for powder
curing to ensure quick heat-up of surface during Power Gel Zone to obtain a
smooth finish, reducing the total oven cycle time. Custom built ovens are
offered with multiple passes to suit available space.
